The quality of our food directly affects our hunger and influences how much food we eat. A vegetarian diet is probably better or a more vegetable based diet than meat based diet is likely to be better for you. Some people think that restricting certain amino acids this is constituents of the proteins is actually what the crucial thing is. I'm not sure whether i believe this but i sort of mention it as an idea in the book  and there's one theory that the reason or one of the reasons that a sort of more plant based diet is better for you is because you're eating a combination of amino acids less tailored for your human biology.
