Sleep Is a Fundamental Bottom Line Thing for All of Us

Sleep itself is really a fundamental bottom line thing for everybody, including the coaches. If we don't get that right, all the other layers of things that we're putting into place will not be as successful. There's a diminishing return to putting yourself through a significant amount of stress and not recovering from over training. And over training can be reduced with sleep.
