How to Create a Great Workshop

For me, a really great workshop is like, oh, it's kind of a design thinking thing. So first you open, you get lots of ideas or you talk a lot about the challenge, and then you focus. It's all about figuring out where you need to go and how much guidance does your team need in order to get there. A couple of tips though, quick and dirty tips. They're not dirty at all, but they're quick. Know your goal and make sure the entire team knows it. Having the right people in the room, very, very important.
