The Australian Institute's Report on the Scale of Fossil Fuel Subsidies
The Australian Institute has released a report on the scale of fossil fuel subsidies in Australia. $57.1 billion worth of assistance to the fossil fuel sectors is baked into our budget over this year and the next three budget years. That's actually an increase on our estimate last year of $1.8 billion. So this is getting worse, not better.
