Berlin's Housing Market Changed So Rapidly
I think it's, I mean, it's unique in that sense, Berlin, right? That Berlin then is a unique place. But yeah, now it is becoming more self-aware of its power. Just generally the spirit of kind of like progress and all of this is kind of more in the air. And what we can say is that neither the market model is working in Berlin nor a tightly, you know, functional and well-designed public sector model.
