This season, i really shifted things and felt like i needed to change something up in order to re invigorate myself. I think not having consistency can be dangerous to a sports career. But after having committed to something for a long time, getting a lot of benefit from it, if you do feel like you need to mix it up, i think that can be a good thing. Mix the programming up.
