I think a lot of it right now is that americans don't actually understand what they can demand. Most people don't remember a time when there was any kind of militant labor movement imean hethey only remember times of workers being afraid of bosses, and not the other way around. It's reassuring that the largest increase in resignations that we've seen is among industries considered essential during the pandemic, so low paid workers. That at least shows that millions of these low wage workers are fed up with being treated like dirt. And if we can kind of channel that into o a direction of understanding the the powers at work behind why their job is terrible then we can start to see
