Benson and Tucker are chatting at a bar when they see the Monsonier doing a press conference. He accuses vice and IAB of blackmailing Eugene into trafficking troubled girls. And then Bishop Catalano steps forward and asks the feds to come in and take this investigation from the corrupt NYPD.
