Can You Double Dip on Blue Carbon and Nitrogen?

The goal is to leverage the power of shellfish and seaweeds to filter water and soak up carbon, nitrogen and heavy metals. The really nasty stuff could be turned into bile fuel. Some urban farms crops will be food grate while others are suitable as fertilizers or feeds. We call it pollution farming, purposely, sihting farms, not for food production, but for bye remediation.
