The Cybe Utopian Idea of Linking and Sharing Information

In 1989, Sir Tim Berners-Lee came up with the idea for a radical new way of linking and sharing information. The web was supposed to be an open place where we could all work together without any patents or copyrights getting in our way. But over the years, the web got centralized; big tech companies built their businesses on owning our data. Now he has a plan to take the web back: We have ownership over our own data.
