How to Train for Speed

I think that we're almost sometimes so afraid of it. We don't realize that you can do that kind of trade. If the ball is a sport of, you know, speed less than anaerobic threshold, you need both slow and fast. And if they have a higher aerobic base, they're not going to tap into those glycolytic tissue so fast. So then fatigue is delayed. The more that you can, and you know, you can increase speed of, I think, 20%.
