The Effects of Storm Shadows on Russian Logistics

Storm shadows are an effective weapon, they're difficult to intercept and it gives Ukraine a crudely, much longer stick. But we've seen well over a month, I think, a month and a half of their employment so far, and we've not seen tremendous impact on the Russian force. Part of that is the adaptations in the Russian military that were caused by the introduction of Highmars last June. There are a lot of changes to Russian military and how they do logistics.
