Is Your Name Missing?

I'm looking at net bar router, right? And I looked at publisher. I don't see your name on here though, which is weird. So it seems like we have to have some kind of domain to show ourselves as a publisher there. Right now they seem to have limited it to a verified domain. But why is that your name is missing? I couldn't quite figure that part out. Because I thought you have to have a name over there to publish now, like an account. Would you have no name?
