In some ways what you're saying is end jobs is kind of paving the path in terms of culture and practices for the entire company because engineering's so important. I always see engineering teams sort of taking the lead there where they need this form of standardization first. And then often the company will kind of adopt what happens there. That evolution, it could take depending on how quickly in order grows, it might take, you know, 2 years, it may take 6 months but I see that constantly, that pattern emerge.
In this episode Abi Noda speaks with Ryan Atkins, Asana’s Head of Engineering Operations. They talk about the role of EngOps and when it’s needed, founding an EngOps team, how these teams work in large companies, and more.
