Expansion of a Barbecue Joint

My plan is to branch out and kind of have a local chain where we have several different locations of barbecue or fine dining. The business pays both my father and I because we are co-owners of this. It pays us both the salary yearly. How much? I'm getting paid 56k and he's getting paid around 70.
