How Are You Using Non Violent Communication in Schools?

We have schools going in several countries that are what we call non violent communication schools. They teach the teachers a different concept of teaching than the teacher as pouring into the students. In these schools, violence goes down and academic achievement goes up. The hard part is getting into the schools. And unfortunately our helpers in getting into them are kids that kill each other. So i'd like you to tell me how you feel when i tell you i don't trust what you're saying. Other pings here, you thing i'm a liar.
