How to Overwork Yourself at Work
If they haven't given you tangible feedback on what was in miss in that interview, that's a problem. If they can't do that, to be honest, my immediate thought is there's probably some bias in that hiring process. What I want to also say is not getting the job doesn't mean that you weren't the right person for the job. Even if you got this promotion, would you be happy or would you just be marginally happier with the pay raise?
