This is a lucky couple, Bryce. You know why? Because they're actually getting very close to buying, close to the bottom. And that's quite interesting in the sense that we've always said, go when you can go. Well, this couple, unfortunately for five years, basically, you know, spun the wheel. Now they're actually going and they just happen to be landing in a pretty good time to go. I mean, I wish they had a go on five years ago. Let's be honest. They would be 40 or 50% better off than they are today. But you get where I'm coming from there.
