Leadership - What's Your Best Thoughts About Communication?

I've really come to the view and belief that as a leader, i'm really there to serve the people. Frankly, to do that with with good humour. As we all know, if we're not having fun in what we're doing, it's just knocking a work. Be open, be transparent. Those are probably some of the thingsa at least i ain't upusing,. you know, in the way i've led over the past 20 years. An i'd have to confess, i'm still learning always, because it's constantly changing.
