The System Is Failing Us

i think the covet crisis is a really great example of exactly that conflict where you are seeing the heroic behavior of so many doctors and nurses. Many hospital systems are actually almost on life support themselves. It's a very challenging environment to make change or to take risk. i have a profound admiration for most, if not all, o my colleagues in healthcare, but i think the system is really failing us....
