How to Be a Successful Product Manager

It's not about making decisions, it's about getting the whole team involved and you want to have everybody in sync. So when we need five more engineers or a data scientist on our team, like there really needs to be a reason for that. You as a product manager selling not just your team but your boss can communicate that. But another point is be nice, be understanding, be a diplomat.
