How Much Carbohydrate Do You Need to Intake During Exercise?

The amounts that you would target during exercise are going to vary on a number of factors. Most studies seem to suggest that intake ranges from maybe 30 to 60 grams per hour are realistic for most people. That's based on the idea that if you're going to be really aggressive about carbohydrate intake, that's most of the time only really feasible during longer events.
