Are the Justices Really Open to Compromise?

Justin drivers: Is there a compromise here where the justices give some sort of long leash reprieve for winding down affirmative action based on the 25 year language dicta in gruder? Justin drivers: I did not think so. The flavor of his questions was basically like, well, if we overrule it now, we're effectively ending it for the climate. Like, is this a fucking joke?
