The Importance of a Successful Pivot

Twitter was going to be a direct version podcast. Well, that melted down. It was probably because the podcast industry melted down or podcast was the next big thing, right? And so they pivoted into what is a great business in parallel. There are some markets that go up and down. Sometimes it's you build something that there is absolutely no market for and never was. sometimes the next big things just requires a hype to go away and everybody to retrench. That's probably a totally different topic that the Gartner hype curve, right? "I'm finishing that demo. I just got to turn sideways so my pinup, you know, this doesn't hit anybody in the
