In anthropology, there is this huge schism where a lot of people are very against evolutionary approaches. But I am curious, do you encounter much pushback because of adopting an evolutionary frame or that doesn't come up that much in your research life? Yeah, I mean, I guess it depends on who we're talking about. One that's quite relevant to the gurus that we look at is your treatment of shamanism and the evolutionary role that it may have played in societies.
