Setting Boundaries in Psychology
We get focused on things in our mind and our thoughts that we think are important, and then we don't really see how that impects other people. So a mother decides that her child neads to act a certain way, so she makes the kid act like that. And the kid doesn't have the freedom kind of learn how to act himself. That's kind of what i see anyway, with boundaries. People can be upset and share it, you know, it's, it's their problem or their business. But i realized that i had no limit to my ability to see things about being about me. I didn't need to set boundaries for them.
