I think norms do matter massively in the labor markets as of now. There's almost a shift I see in what you're saying from these traditional assessment processes, recruitment processes and all these sorts of things. To get the best out of people requires this potentially to think slightly differently. The sort of soft skills and technical skills, obviously, where that's relevant to be able to navigate this changing landscape.
