i love being challenged, but i also like being affirmed when i seem to be on the right track. Things like strides in variety are really important even from your perspective as a high level runner. The further you go away, there's less muscular activation. This is why you need a jim supplement that so much more than if you're oing the shorter distances. We all like to be outrunning, but these are the things we have to do to enjoy our running better.
