Is There a Name for This Bias?
Jamison: There's got to be a name for this bias right call it Dave's law that oh man I was gonna call it the Jamison no cuz that's that's one of the laws is you can never name it after. "You'll perceive weaknesses or flaws or failures though they'll be magnified in positions of leadership" He says software engineers presuppose their managers are good leaders and so often go talk to your manager about these issues.
