I'm Strongly in Favor of a Narrow Crime Fraud Exception

I'm with you, and I'm certainly with you on attorney client privilege. With the same caveat that we're operating behind the veil of ignorance here so it could entirely be the case that if we saw the evidence. That the near fact that you have your lawyer in the room, for example, when you're planning a bank robbery. So I'm in favor of a narrow crime fraud exception. And for all I know this fits exactly within it based on, you know, we don't know the evidence.
