You were at the customer edge of derivatives in the 90s as that was coming into financial markets, then you were the cutting edge of the integration of technology to trading platforms. And that was always on the sell side. So you had this long career and then you left to join XTX as the co chief of XTX. Can you talk about what is XTX markets and then why you'd the sell side? You could have just stayed and carried on in different roles.
