As you talk about listening to your feet and your feet communicating with you, it reminds me of this place in your book where you talk us through practices to become embodied. So many of us as much as relationships are complicated we have some framework about how to do connection on some level. When we remember that we already have skills available to us the ones that we use in relationship or parenting or friendship and we could use those to be in connection with ourselves it feels perhaps a little bit less scary like maybe loving our bodies  the idea of total satisfaction with being a body seems a little out there but maybe asking a question what is it that you want me to know?
