Charles: I don't think that people should underestimate data at all. How do you see CPMAI certification helping grow key skills for both yourself and your team? KJ: Having no data science background previously, it gave me a great foundation. Andrew: My thoughts are, I'm not sure yet. It's new. Our organization is young. And I think that we're still in the very early stages of how to build an organization that is frustrating.
