When we are fearful, it's like we make responses even worse. We like heighten them. What you can do immediately if you have a thought that's not superconstructive is re direct to something totally different. And usually what that means for me is, i'm not resisting the thought. I'm just kind of like giving a little tip of the hat,. Thank you for trying to help, but not really needing you right now.
