The reason that most things on the internet are viral is that the cost of discovery is very low, right? And so you watch a video, you like it, you can send it to someone else. YouTube sees that a lot of people are liking something, they put it in front of other people. So I'm always trying to reduce the discovery costs. But the problem is you can't get to a large enough audience for that word of mouth to be significant. You need 10,000, 20,000 people. That's the hard part.
