I'm Started to Think That's Not Really That Unhealthy?

If you're just talking about some plant paste, meat substitutes twice a week, maybe even more, maybe a little less, i'm starring. O think that's not really that unhealthy at all. But if you're kow otherwise not getting a lot of protein, or not supplementing with protein, depending on your stamts on that, obviously  i'm starring to think maybe oncer maybe twice a week is is totally reasonable as long as the rest of your diet is very clean and good.
