Jonah had heard tales of brigands using places such as this for assignations. He packed a lantern and was about to light it, when he noticed a figure watching him from the tree-line. The man didn't move to flee but asked if he was the keeper of the place. When Jonah replied that he was not, he said: 'No, sir, you have nothing to fear from the dead' Jonah then descended into some unknown subterranean vault with hardly a quan. But atop another stone I had seen upstairs was a sealed coffin named Johann von Württemberg.
