In your earlier precedencies, did you more keep the team you inherited and then make gradual changes, opposed to bringing me in a team? I think that at west virginia, i did, because i knew the people, i actually made changes early on. At colorado, on ohio state, i did a first time arondat, but i learned from that perience also,. And so i've, i've taken the view that if i can't run a large, complex university a on a card this size, then i have way over complicated it.
