How to Set Up Practices for Rugby Players
I don't know rugby well enough so I think part of what I do is I have some beliefs which are definitely informed by literature research. If you asked Mike to create a three or four year rupee curriculum he could probably go away say I'll come back to me in a week's time and I will give you something which will be really good. A bit of direct teaching with that, demonstrations instructions I'll try and if it's not raining I might take my iPad for them introduce it but ultimately rugby at this time of year is cold and you want them moving so I'd like doing scenario based training or we do game based work.
