Apple has the power to revoke any developers signing certificates so that all the apps just like flat out can't run. So Apple could implement a system where and if they don't think you're even if you even if you don't use Apple's payment system,. They could require developers to report their income to Apple and still pay them a platform tax. And in which case, Apple doesn't know that you're installing the app and they don't get a cut of it. But I'm like on a Mac, you can download an app, install it from anywhere and have nothing to do with Apple. It's your machine. You can buy whatever software you want and you can run it.
