Is There a Hybrid Model for Managing Tasks?

There's a movement happening now where scale is so necessary and focus and tasks. I've seen almost everybody move to some sort of hybrid model. They'll have their internal teams but their internal teams internal teams tend to be thinking about budgets planning out not only this quarter but the next few quarters. And then like mod squad gets pulled in a lot to help supplement those teams. Because it's not like a FTE site you can really just filter down to exactly what tasks you look for.
