Lisa was found beaten, stabbed and dragged behind a vehicle by a rope tied around her neck. Her body had been practically led to the body by vultures. The Monroe County Sheriff's Detective Bureau have stated publicly over the years that there is a quote person of interest in this case. In 2015, police were once again asking the public for their help in this matter and even offering up reward money for information. This one has never strayed very far from the spotlight.
