The Importance of Intentional Gatherings in the Workplace

When you're super intentional about every gathering, it can start to feel formal. Intentionality just simply means thinking ahead of time of what the need is and then how do I organize this group of people so that we can like get to work? In my own life, you know, I'm a conflict resolution facilitator. That's still my day job. All of my group conflict dialogue facilitation during the pandemic moved on to zoom. It gave them social permission to actually have agency to talk about Chit Chat.
