The field of machine learning has very few ways to reason about systems that are generalizing and transferring their knowledge from one domain to the other. And so there are a few different arguments that make me worried that the generalization is going to go poorly. But then there are more sort of specific arguments as to why I'm worried that the goals are going to generalize in bad ways. So for example, Stuart Russell says you can't fetch coffee if you only have the goal of killing someone who's already dead.
