The Power of Red Mist Endurance Sessions

Sessions designed to help half and full I'm an athlete. These involve longer distance intervals on very short cycle times, typically with no warm up at all. We do them every Wednesday morning at 5.30 over here in Perth and also on a Friday morning at 9.30 as well. The idea is that everyone knows that these sessions which are 5000 meters in distance are going to be really quite challenging. Everyone's a little bit nervous on the pool deck and I like that, I like that atmosphere.
