How to Cook a Lion's Mane Mushroom
Chef Vince Kelly teaches doctors to cook as part of the culinary medicine group and is a lecturer in culinary arts at Westminster Kingsway College. The greatest thing about the match is the texture when you cook them. Use minimal cooking time. They could lose their nutritional value if they were exposed to high heat or extended periods. Try not to overcook them, really. So they should be just nice crisp brown on each side. Maybe a little splash of lemon juice at the end might be quite nice. Okay. I'm not going to be genteel.
