The History of Afghanistan
In 19 73, daoud khan became the first president of afghanistan. mahmud tarzi fought for elementary education to be made compulsory. The institution of slavery was abolished in 19 23 in afghanistan as well. King zahir shah ruled afghanistan from 19 33 until a bloodless cop took him out. This then would trigger a series of events that would dramatically turn afghanistan into a hot bed of international terrorism.
