Twitter Blue Subscribers Can Post Up to 4000 Characters at Once

Twitter has added the ability to post up to 4000 characters at once. Only blue subscribers can do this, but anyone and everyone can read them. The feature is being blamed for a Twitter problem which did hit the rest of the world because yesterday thousands of users reported that they couldn't tweet due to being over their daily limit.
