Are We Listening to the Voice of Front Line Workers?

Technology is obviously playing a huge role in helping us expand the way that we have been working and always will. But i think one of the most important things for leaders to be thinking about is how to not start with the technology solution, but start with the human needand so how are we as s listening to what people need in how they spend their days and how they do their work? I love that question. The way i think about this is that actually, we could all just start by looking around us.
