The Flexibility With Work From Home

Airbnb recently became infinitely working from home for everybody. There are a couple of other bigger tech companies that are doing the same thing, like people going for one or two days a week and then the other days, they're just home. So you have a five day work week, you show up two of the days that you want to. And the other two or three days you spend at home because then you could get a lot done at home and you could come in and be with HR with your coworkers. That's kind of cool.
